This book could be about playing the guitar, but it doesn’t have to be. If you are looking for a step-by-step guide to playing a guitar, this is definitely not it. To me, this book is more of a guide to adding music to your life. By the way, that “music” doesn’t even need to be music as most people think of it. It can simply be whatever makes your heart sing.
If that’s what you want more of, then read this book.
One of my favorite thoughts from it is: “When receiving criticism, learn from that which is given in the spirit of building. Ignore that which attempts to tear down; do not allow anything to pierce your armor.”
